Tomos Jones

Hello, my name is Tomos Jones and I am the Head of Fire House as well as a class teacher. I started at GEMS Founders in September 2020. I attained my degree at the University of Stirling, Scotland and studied for my PGCE at Bangor University, North Wales where I am originally from. I’m from a small village called Llanrug, and I’m very much enjoying the different lifestyle and culture that Dubai has to offer. I enjoy engaging in fitness, golf, reading and travelling. My passion is educating students for an ever-changing world and developing life-long learners that can make an impact within our world. As a house leader I feel privileged to be in a position where I can contribute to student engagement and their learning across the whole school.
