Elizabeth El Saiegh

Hello, I am Ms Elizabeth and I am the Head of FS2 at GFS. I have been teaching at GFS for four years now in FS1 and FS2. This year it will be my seventh year in Dubai teaching in the Foundation Stage. Prior to this, I was teaching in England as a primary school teacher. I made the big move to Dubai in September 2017, as a class teacher in Foundation Stage. I then moved to GFS to continue my passion for teaching in Early Years in September 2019. I took on a role in the Innovation Team as Deputy Head of Innovation and E-Learning from FS-Year 13. This gave me a wealth of experience with using different technologies as well as supporting teachers and students with developing 21st century innovation skills. This year, will be my second year as the Head of FS2. I am passionate about Early Years and I love using creative, fun methods to help spark children’s imagination. I am keen to promote a love for learning every single day and I am dedicated in providing safe, multi-sensory, challenging and imaginative play-based activities that not only advances children in their academic potential but also in their social interaction. I am looking forward to supporting all the children with their learning journeys and watching them grow, flourish and succeed this year.
