Elaine Hoey

Hello, my name is Elaine Hoey and I am Head of FS1 here at GFS. I am from Co. Clare in Ireland and have lived in Dubai for 7 years. I am very proud to say that I am a founding member of the GEMS Founders School team, first beginning my journey in FS2 when the school opened its doors in 2016. I love being part of the FS team as Early Years is a huge passion of mine. My favourite part of seeing children grow and learn is when I get to be involved with the exciting moments they experience as children. I firmly believe children learn best when they are enjoying themselves and feel safe and secure to share their feelings and ideas.
