Rosalyn Massey

Hello everyone! I’m Miss Rosalyn and this will be my 8th year in Dubai at GFS.
Although I was born in Dubai, I grew up and studied in India, where I completed my Bachelors in Education and Master’s degree. On moving to Dubai, I decided to upgrade my qualification and pursued a PGCE.
I have spent a good decade in primary and secondary education and I’m excited to take on the role as Deputy Head of English, while leading Literacy across KS3.
On most days I stay home and bake. I thoroughly enjoy the culinary arts and baking is my form of meditation! I also spend time keeping fit and de-stressing through yoga and swimming.
I look forward to building strong relationships with both students and parents to make sure students achieve their full potential in every aspect of their life while the Grow, Flourish and Succeed!
