Toyosi Omishola
Head of Student Welfare Key Stage 5
Hello, I’m Ms. Toyosi Omishola. I am a Geography Teacher and the KS5 Head of Welfare, this is my second year at GFS. I studied at the University of Leicester, completing my BA in Human Geography and PGCE at the University of Roehampton, and spent 4 years teaching in London before moving to the UAE. One of my main teaching philosophies is ensuring that all students I teach are given the right support and tools to thrive in and outside of school. A mantra that I always go by is “it’s good to be good”, as that goodness and kindness to someone else and to yourself goes a long away.
Our teachers are passionate educators, subject specialists and lifelong learners who inspire curiosity, creativity and confidence in every classroom.
Committed to delivering high-quality learning experiences, our faculty combine strong subject knowledge with innovative teaching approaches that challenge and support students to achieve their full potential. Through regular professional learning and collaboration, they continually refine their practice to ensure that every learner receives the very best education.
At GFS, our teachers do more than teach. They act as mentors, role models and champions for every child, helping students develop the skills, character and ambition needed to succeed in a rapidly changing world.
