Joseph Lunt
Head of Year 13
My name is Joseph Lunt and I am the Head of Year 13 and a Science teacher here at GEMS Founders School. I specialise in teaching Biology but have also taught English as Foreign Language in China. I previously taught Science in the United Kingdom at an Outstanding school in the West Midlands. I studied at Swansea University where I was awarded a BSc in Marine Biology and received my PGCSE for the University of Manchester.
I have always enjoyed travelling and exposing myself to different cultures which is one of the main reasons I decided to move to Dubai. I love sports and have a keen interest in Football and also Rugby Union. I have thoroughly enjoyed my four years here at GFS so far and can’t wait to continue to help the learners achieve their goals.
