My name is Monia Cimichella, and I am delighted to be a member of the Executive Leadership Team at GEMS Founders School, Dubai.
Originally from Italy, I was fortunate to grow up there and later pursue a degree in Hospitality Management—a field that fueled my passion for travel and opened doors to incredible global experiences. I lived in the UK for three years, where I deepened my knowledge of the hospitality industry, then moved to Paris to enhance my French. My career then took me across the globe, with roles in Singapore, Hong Kong, Miami, Doha, and finally, the United Arab Emirates.
Since 2016, I have been proud to be part of the GEMS Founders family—an experience that has enriched both my professional and personal journey. For the past year, I have been working as the Manager of School Operations, following my previous role as Parent Relations Executive. I remain committed to upholding and enhancing the high standards our school is known for, and I look forward to continuing to support its growth and success.
