Abigail Nicholson

Hello, I am Ms. Abigail and I am the Head of Year 1 at GEMS Founders school.

This is my second year being Head of Year 1 at  GFS. Since joining GFS I have been fortunate to be given additional roles and commitments which has allowed me to grow as a practitioner. These include leading the very first ever primary school council - which was an absolute honour and being a QTS mentor.

Before relocating to Dubai, I taught in several schools across London which is where I also conducted my teacher training at Kingston University. Outside of teaching, I really enjoy reading and travelling.

I am very excited to see what this year has in store for us! I know we will continue to work together to ensure that all children continue to flourish, grow and succeed!
