Aparna Rajan

Aparna Rajan – a passionate educator and a toastmaster. Piscean by birth, God fearing, diligent and fun loving. I am a firm believer that if you make it a point to help the people in your life, your life will be filled with abundance. I was born and brought up in the largest democracy in the world. I have completed my degree in commerce, masters in Economics and bachelor in Education as well.  I have been teaching since 2004 and in Dubai since 2013.  I am a teacher by choice not by chance. Now it’s been 17 years down the lane in this noble profession of teaching, initially as a teacher in various educational institutes in India and then as the Head of the department . My life is full of serendipities. Joining GFS is one of them and I am glad to be a part of this incredible family. I would be teaching Economics & Business Studies and will also head the department of Business Studies at GFS. I am a foodie (don’t go by my looks 😊), love adventures (roller coaster rides, longest zipline etc.). Sky diving is in my bucket list. I am a lifelong learner and each day is a learning experience with my students. I strive to become a better version of myself.
